More stupid drivers in our midst. This one in Toronto from this morning

Five stars.

I am really thinking of starting a So You Think You Can Drive - Canada web-based internet forum about people who just can't get it together.

Like this dude.

It was a terrifying and highly unusual start to the work week for a driver on Birchmount. Well, he's got no one but himself to blame for this stunt.

Just before 7am this morning, the driver of the car pictured flipped it sideways in the northbound lanes near McNicholl in Toronto, Ontario.

Officers on the scene are still trying to determine exactly how the car went from four wheels to lying on the driver side. I love how reporters make police officers appear to be stupid. Let me see ... The driver was driving too fast, he hit the curb, he jerked hard on the wheel to the left and his car tilted and momentum took over. It's not rocket science. I watched enough Dukes of Hazard as a kid to know how the driver managed to unintentionally pull this off.

The man wasn't seriously hurt. Other motorists and passers-by stopped to help him get out of the wreck, and he only suffered minor injuries.

Police say speed may have been a factor. No ... get out? Really!?

You're lyin'.

I also wonder if maybe this is another case of "Day after DUI" that we are starting to hear about more often. People who, lets face it, got loaded the day before, and thought they would be ok after a night's sleep.

Time will tell. One thing for sure, his insurance company will not be impressed.
