Police identify South Granville ATV roller victim Keith Byron White, 39

Police have identified Keith Byron White, 39, of North Bedeque, as the victim in a fatal all-terrain vehicle accident Sunday afternoon in South Granville.

White was the lone occupant on the ATV which rolled over on a dirt road.

A spokesman for Queens District RCMP said the incident remains under investigation and the cause of the crash remains unknown.

Police were called to the scene at 2:15 p.m. Sunday. Island EMS performed CPR at the scene and transported White to Prince County Hospital in Summerside where he was later was pronounced dead.

South Granville PEI man dies in ATV rollover crash

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND -
One person is dead following a single-vehicle accident involving an all-terrain vehicle in South Granville on Sunday at about 2:15 p.m.

The crash occurred when the driver, who is not being identified until family has been notified, lost control of the vehicle on a dirt road, causing it to roll over.

CPR was performed at the scene before the driver was transported to Prince County Hospital where the victim was pronounced dead.

The crash is still under investigation and RCMP say alcohol was not a factor.
