QUEBEC - A collision between a van and a tractor-trailer left one dead Wednesday night on Highway 55 north to St. Celestine, in the Central region of Quebec.

For some reason, the driver of the van made a lane change to go back in the opposite direction against traffic. Both vehicles caught fire upon impact. The driver of the tractor-trailer was able to quickly leave his vehicle, which was not the case for the driver of the van, who was killed in his.
