Elderly woman dies in hospital following Tuesday crash

ONTARIO - An 87-year-old woman has died in hospital following a crash at the intersection of Finch Avenue and Don Mills Road on December 8.

Police say a Volkswagen was trying to turn left when it hit another car and the Volkswagen then hit a stationary Chevrolet just before 3 p.m.

During the crash the woman was ejected from the back seat of the Volkswagen. She was taken to hospital where she died from her injuries on Saturday.
