Quebec cyclist killed by car in Coaticook

QUEBEC - A cyclist has died from injuries sustained in a car crash after he was struck by a vehicle Friday evening in Coaticook

The victim, 49, was not wearing a helmet at the time he was hit.

The man was riding through an interesction when he was struck by a vehicle whose driver was making a turn.

Alcohol is not considered a factor in this death, which remains under investigation.
