Surveillance camera image may hold clue to Ottawa fatal hit-and-run

This grainy video image shows a vehicle that police believe may have been involved in a fatal hit-and-run collision on Richmond Road on Friday, Nov. 27. The vehicle is described as a light silver or grey 4 door vehicle believed to be an "Acura 3.2 TL". The vehicle may have dents or damage in the area of the lower, right side passenger doors.

ONTARIO - A grainy surveillance camera image of a sports car may hold the key to solving a fatal hit-and-run on Richmond Road last month.

Police released the images Thursday, saying they believe it shows a “vehicle of interest” and want to speak with the owner or driver. Police are looking for a light silver or grey four-door vehicle believed to be an Acura 3.2 TL.

The car may have dents or damage in the area of the lower, right side passenger doors.

David Wray, 44, of Carletone Place died after the motorcycle he was driving was hit by a car at the intersection of Richmond Road and High Street Nov. 27.
