ONTARIO - A serious overnight collision between a TTC bus and a vehicle has claimed the life of a Toronto woman.
The woman, who is believed to be in her early 30s, slammed into the back of a stopped TTC bus on Wilson Avenue near Dufferin Street at around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say the bus was parked on the side of the road and was empty and out of service at the time.
The force of the impact caused heavy damage to the woman's vehicle. She was rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead in the ambulance.
